Atul Dhavale
CEO
Atul is a seasoned IT professional with over 25 years of experience.Before co-founding QuinarySoft, Atul was a delivery manager for Patni Computers and has worked with clients in Insurance and Telecom domain. He has lead large delivery teams with 250+ team members and has managed large accounts up to $25 million. Prior to Patni Computers, Atul has worked in managerial capacities for companies like Hartford Life and Information Management Consultant.
He holds a BS (Computer Science) and MBA from Pune University, India and along with Masters Certification in Project Management from George Washington University, USA. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute.
Prashant Pimprikar
Head - Enterprise Applications
Prashant is a seasoned IT professional with over 24 years of experience. Prashant has breadth of experience spans Enterprise application implementation and support. Prashant is a technocrat with demonstrated experience as business development, pre-sales, practice and competency management. He has strong leadership and project management skills and managed over 300+ team members and managed multimillion dollar accounts worldwide. He has exposure in various industry sectors such as Telecommunications, Networking, Software Development, Utilities, Hardware Manufacturing, Finance, Automobile, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Retail, and IT Consulting. He has worked in various geographies such as US, UK, Europe, Middle East and Asia specific regions. Prashant is very effective problem solver and team-oriented person, with ability to cut across cultural barriers effectively in an international business scenario.
Jay Kalke
Head-North American Operations
As an electrical engineer by qualification and an entrepreneur by choice Jay brings over 2 decades of experience in IT and specifically in ERP Systems, specific expertise covers education, food services and real estate industry. Since 1996 successfully founded or cofounded multiple innovative businesses. Has developed relationships with IT industry giants such as IBM & Oracle Corporation that led to major project assignments. In addition to numerous industry specific education courses, Jay also is trained in Finance at Georgia Tech in Atlanta, GA.
